服務條款

本條款規範你使用 The Hope Calendar（以下稱「本服務」）的方式。本服務由 The Hope 教會提供，作為內部活動安排與場地預約之用。登入或使用本服務，即表示你同意本條款；若不同意，請勿使用本服務。

• 本服務僅開放教會STAFF、志工及經授權的服事人員使用，需以教會核可的 Google 帳號登入。
• 你應妥善保管自己的帳號，不得將帳號借予他人使用，也不得以他人身分登入。
• 帳號的角色與權限由管理員設定；管理員得視服事需要調整或停用帳號。
• 若發現帳號遭盜用或有未經授權的存取，請立即通知管理員。

使用本服務時，你同意不從事下列行為：

• 登載不實、誤導或與教會事工無關的活動資訊。
• 刪除或竄改他人建立的活動，除非你有權限且已與該負責人協調。
• 將系統內的個人資料（例如STAFF的電子郵件）用於本服務目的以外的用途，或對外散布。
• 以自動化程式大量存取、破解權限限制，或以其他方式干擾系統運作。
• 從事違反中華民國法令或侵害他人權利的行為。

• 在系統中建立預約，代表你對該場地與時段的登記；實際使用仍須遵守教會的場地使用規定。
• 系統會標示時間與場地重疊的衝突，並每日將摘要寄給相關負責人。衝突的協調與最終決定，由相關部門與行政STAFF負責，系統不會自動取消任何一方的預約。
• 活動取消或變更時，請儘速在系統中更新，以免場地被長期占用。

你在本服務中建立的活動資料屬於教會的行政紀錄，教會得為事工安排、統計與存查之目的保存與使用。你應確保所登載的內容正確，並對其負責。

本服務依「現況」提供，我們會盡力維持穩定運作，但不保證服務不中斷、無錯誤，或資料永不遺失。系統可能因維護、升級或第三方服務（例如 Google）異常而暫停或中斷。請對重要活動另行留存紀錄。

在法律允許的範圍內，對於因使用或無法使用本服務所生的任何間接、附帶或衍生損害（包含活動延誤、場地衝突或資料錯誤所致的損失），教會不負賠償責任。

若你違反本條款，或因離開服事崗位、帳號停用等原因，管理員得暫停或終止你使用本服務的權限。終止後，你先前建立的活動資料仍會保留於系統中。

我們可能不定期修訂本條款，並更新本頁上方的「最後更新」日期。修訂後繼續使用本服務，視為你接受修訂後的條款。

本條款以中華民國法律為準據法。因本條款所生之爭議，以臺灣臺中地方法院為第一審管轄法院。

These terms govern your use of The Hope Calendar (the “Service”), provided by The Hope church for internal event scheduling and venue booking. By signing in or otherwise using the Service you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

• The Service is available to church staff, volunteers and other authorised members of ministry teams, who sign in with a church-approved Google account.
• You are responsible for your own account. Do not share it with anyone, and do not sign in as someone else.
• Roles and permissions are assigned by administrators, who may adjust or deactivate accounts as ministry needs change.
• Tell an administrator immediately if you believe your account has been compromised or accessed without authorisation.

When using the Service, you agree not to:

• Enter false, misleading, or non-ministry-related event information.
• Delete or alter events created by others unless you have the permission to do so and have coordinated with the person responsible.
• Use personal data held in the system (such as colleagues' email addresses) for purposes beyond the Service, or disclose it externally.
• Access the Service through automated scripts, circumvent permission checks, or otherwise interfere with its operation.
• Do anything that breaks the laws of the Republic of China (Taiwan) or infringes the rights of others.

• Creating a booking records your claim on a venue and time slot; actual use of the venue remains subject to the church's facility rules.
• The Service flags overlapping bookings and emails a daily digest to the people responsible. Resolving a conflict is up to the departments and administrative staff involved — the system never cancels a booking on its own.
• Update or remove bookings promptly when an event is cancelled or moved, so that venues are not held unnecessarily.

Event records you create are administrative records of the church, which the church may retain and use for scheduling, reporting and archival purposes. You are responsible for the accuracy of what you enter.

The Service is provided “as is”. We work to keep it running reliably, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, nor that data will never be lost. The Service may be unavailable during maintenance or upgrades, or because of problems with third-party services such as Google. Keep your own record of anything critical.

To the extent permitted by law, the church is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service — including losses caused by delayed events, venue conflicts or inaccurate data.

Administrators may suspend or end your access if you breach these terms, or when you leave a ministry role or your account is deactivated. Events you created remain in the system afterwards.

We may revise these terms from time to time and will update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Continuing to use the Service after a revision means you accept the revised terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of China (Taiwan). The Taiwan Taichung District Court shall be the court of first instance for any dispute arising from them.
